We decided to go virtual to keep our staff and patients safe and healthy until December 31, 2020. FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp, or Zoom will be the way we conduct appointments. If you do not have access to these programs, Dr. Perry will contact you by phone. Patients will receive their prescriptions by mail. Payment must be made prior to the appointment.
At this time, we are unable to perform in-office urine screens. We are now requiring patients to go to Quest Diagnostics or a lab of their choosing to complete their bi-annual urine screen, so our office complies with the Medical Board regulations.
Rainbow Medical Corporation has been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States. The health and well-being of our patients and employees is our number one concern. As the number of cases and the impact of the Coronavirus is increasing worldwide, Rainbow Medical Corporation has been continuously monitoring for updates and guidance from the Center of Disease Control (CDC). The virus that causes COVID-19 infects people of all ages. However, evidence to date suggests that two groups of people are at a higher risk of getting severe COVID-19 disease. These are older people (that is people over 60 years old); and those with underlying medical conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer). The risk of severe disease gradually increases with age starting from around 40 years. It is important that adults in this age range protect themselves and in turn protect others that may be more vulnerable. If you are immunocompromised, you should isolate yourself at home and avoid public interactions.
